We offer:

2 modern apartments each with an area of 100m2 for 4-6 people on the 1st floor of a newly built passive house in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Each apartment offers two bedrooms with twin or twin beds, plus a sofa bed with and storage in the living room. A spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen area lit by a large window to the southeast with a dining room for 6 people connected to a large balcony with outdoor seating and a view of the garden with a pool and the surrounding countryside.

Equipment:

Fridge with freezer, induction stove, hot air oven, dishwasher, kettle, microwave oven, large smart TV with O2TV + Wi-Fi, washing machine, cot and dining chair on request, electric floor heating and water heater.

Catering:

The apartments have both a well-equipped kitchen, about 200m away is a small grocery store, where 7 days a week you buy everything you need or in the range of 5-15min. there are several supermarkets including German ones, there is also a large selection of restaurants in the city and nearby with delivery options

Excursions, sports and entertainment in the vicinity:

Rich possibilities of cycling and hiking trails in the National Park of Bohemian Switzerland, the Elbe Sandstone Masiff, Lusatian mountains, Zittau mountains and in the Šluknov region.

In the National Park of Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland, in addition to the well-known places such as Pravčická gate and gorges in Hrensko, mini-brewery Falkenštejn and Luční bar in Krásná Lípa, soap mill Rubens and lookout tower in The Rose, Kyjov valley and hill settlement, Brtnické ledopády, picturesque village doubice, Dolský mill in Jetřichovice, tourist junction Tokáň, etc.

Or go to the Lusatian Mountains for lookouts on Luz, Jedlova or Studenci, to Tolštejn Castle, to the giant swing with the Jedlová rope park, or to the Kocour brewery in Varnsdorf.

Price list and accommodation conditions:

• 2000Kc/night/apartment (including energy, fees, bed sheets and towels)
• Children under 2 YEARS FREE (on request we rent a cot and dining chair)
• Final cleaning 500,-Kc
• Deposit 2000,-Kc (refundable on departure, no later than 3 days)
• 10% discount on stays of 6 or more nights
• Reservation deposit 50% of the accommodation price
• Full rate including the deposit have to be paid no later than one day before arrival
• We may issue an accommodation invoice on request.
• Check-in is anytime after 3pm, check-out until 10am.
• The keys are in the mailbox at the entrance. We will send the code before arrival.
• The apartments are non-smoking and please leave your pets at home.
